Make the right assurance choice at Chicken 2005

EFSIS-FABBL, the industry's own farm assurance specialist, will have its experts at Chicken 2005 to make sure chicken producers can get the specialist advice they need to make the right farm assurance choices.

"EFSIS-FABBL has been accredited as a certifier for the Assured Chicken Production scheme (ACP), run by Assured Chicken Production, since early this year," says Chris Reading, EFSIS-FABBL General Manager of Agriculture UK. "It's the first time chicken farmers have had a choice of certifier."

"It means competition for your business and a chance to choose EFSIS-FABBL, a company which specialises in agriculture and food and which covers a wider range of farming sectors than any other inspection and certification body," he says. "For mixed farm businesses which have chickens as part of an operation which covers more than one sector, it means they can get EFSIS-FABBL to cover all their farm assurance needs, cutting down on inspectors' visits and paperwork, saving money and time to focus better on their business."

"All our inspectors have long experience in the farming sector, with over 95 percent of them from farming families," he says. "With EFSIS, you can be sure of getting a specialist inspector who understands your business."

EFSIS-FABBL's services cover every sector of agriculture, including FABBL Beef and Lamb, Assured British Pigs, Assured Produce, the Sugar Beet Scheme and the Combinable Crops Scheme. EFSIS-FABBL can also offer organic inspection as part of its alliance with Organic Farmers and Growers.
