Market leading wind turbine to be showcased at CLA
The multiple benefits of a domestic wind turbine will be showcased by wind energy leader SIAC Wind Energy at the Country Land & Business Association (CLA) Game Fair to be held at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire from 22-24 July 2011.
The company will exhibit the Bergey Excel-S 10kW Wind Turbine, a rugged and reliable wind turbine that has been tried and tested in thousands of installations around the world.
It is manufactured by US-based Bergey, the world’s longest established small wind turbine manufacturer, for whom SIAC Wind Energy is the exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland.
Backed with a 10-year warranty ’ the longest available in the sector ’ the Excel-S features just three moving parts and is ideally suited to agricultural applications, whether the aim is to reduce electricity bills or power a critical load.
Patrick Dormon, Managing Director of SIAC Wind Energy, commented: ’More and more farmers are starting to realise the benefits of owning their own wind turbine which can provide most or even all of their power needs, as well as providing a renewable electricity generation income from the government backed Feed-In-Tariff scheme.
’Bergey products are widely recognised as being robustly engineered and low maintenance and are the only domestic turbines which come with a 10-year warranty. SIAC Wind Energy’s service offering, meanwhile, encompasses everything from assistance with site selection, surveys, planning permission, grants, grid connection, construction, installation and commissioning.
’Visitors to our stand can be assured of independent, no-nonsense advice about whether a wind turbine is right for them ’ and how to get the most out of their investment if they do decide to proceed.’
