NEF expands training division to meet growing demand as companies look to reduce their energy bills

The National Energy Foundation (NEF) have expanded their training programme as more organisations look for cost effective ways to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs, as fuel prices continue to rise.

With its depth of experience in sustainable energy issues, NEF are well placed to delivery high quality training in this field. Building on the success of their first course, Renewable Energy in your Buildings, NEF are now delivering a number of courses in sustainable energy as part of its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme from their home in Milton Keynes and further afield.

The standard training programme covers: An Introduction to Renewable Energy, Solar Thermal Training, Energy in your Organisation and Wood Fuel Heat and CHP.

NEF are also finding their bespoke training offer is becoming an increasingly popular option. Training is tailored around the clients needs and can be delivered on almost any sustainable energy topic and range from a lunchtime seminar to an event which extends over several days.

Sandra Hayes who heads up the training programme says 'we are delighted with the interest in the courses so far and have found that as organisations become more energy aware that there has been a steady increase in the number of enquiries about our bespoke training.'
