New Rodenticide on the agrochemical market

Headland Agrochemicals Limited announces a new range of rodenticides for the agricultural market and a new marketing partnership with J V Barrett & Co Limited. In an exclusive deal, Headland will market Barrett's ROMAX rodenticides in special packs designed for farmers, gamekeepers and other agricultural professionals.

Romax Bromadiolone (HSE 7733) and Romax Difenacoum (HSE 7732) are high quality, food-grade, whole-wheat baits blended with feeding enhancers. They contain adjuvants and fungicides and are heat-treated to prevent germination, which means they are both effective and robust. Highly palatable to rodents, they contain a strong bittering agent (denatonium benzonate) for child protection.

Successfully market-tested in early 2004 in the professional pest control sector, the ROMAX range is now available to agriculture users through

Headland's nationwide distributor network. Headland will support ROMAX with full customer training in the safe handling and use of the ROMAX range and bait boxes, and excellent distribution logistics.
