NFU Cymru members in Brecon and Radnor will be given guidance on completing this year’s Single Application Form (SAF) by Rita Jones, Farm Liaison Officer for Welsh Government, at their next county meeting on Monday, 20 April 2015.
The meeting, starting at 7.30pm, will be held at the NFU Cymru office, Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd. Rita Jones will deliver a presentation and offer guidance on the Basic Payment Scheme rules (BPS) and completion of this year’s Single Application Forms.
Stuart Morris, Brecon and Radnor NFU Cymru’s County Chairman said, “Given the complexity and additional work associated with this year’s Single Application Form, I am extremely grateful to Rita Jones for agreeing to address this meeting and I’m sure many farmers will appreciate her guidance on how to complete their Single Application Form.
“I would encourage all farmers to look at this year’s form before attending so that potential issues can be resolved during the meeting. This is an open meeting and I do hope we get a good turnout, please also encourage your friends and neighbours to come along.”
