NORTHERN IRELAND-LIMOUSIN CATTLE SALES.

A 93% clearance was met at the British Limousin Cattle Society show and sale at Dungannon Mart last weekend, which was judged by Andrew Ewing, from Annan, in Dumfriesshire.

Reaching the top bull price of 4800gns was the July, 2007-born bull, the reserve intermediate champion, Pointhouse Cantona, shown by N Diamond, from Garvagh, Londonderry. By Carntogher Arnie, a Carmorn Rocky son, and out of the Ronick Hawk-sired dam, Seygorry Tanya, this bull carries a Beef Value of LM+26. Buyer was E Hegarty, of Blackhill, Coleraine.
