NORTHERN IRELAND-Authorities have found toxic dioxins in milk at two dairy farms in Northern Ireland but said on Thursday the risk to consumers was extremely low and products would not have to be recalled from shops. "Although breaching regulations, these levels of dioxin are much lower than those found in pork and beef affected by feed contamination last year," the Food Standards Agency said.
