Notura the largest food processors in Norway, have developed a tracking and tracing system on all food sold from their stores.
The system has been developed in conjunction with IBM and their own technology
subsidiary Matiq.
The system has been developed to track all meat and poultry products, from the farm, through processing and on to the shelves in the store.
Several years of planning have gone into the system, which assures customers of the company’s commitment to being able to trace all meat products sold.
