NSA policy director to address Meirionnydd meeting

John Thorley, Policy Director of the National Sheep Association will be guest speaker at the NFU Cymru Meirionnydd AGM, to be held on Thursday 11 January, 2007.

The meeting, which is open to all NFU Cymru members throughout the county, will take place at 7.30pm at the Fronolau Hotel, Tabor, Dolgellau. Richard Evans, County Chairman for Meirionnydd said, "Sheep farming is vital to the communities of Meirionnydd, so I'm sure that our members will be keen to hear Mr Thorley's views on the issues currently affecting agriculture.

"I would like to thank Mr Thorley for agreeing to attend the meeting and I look forward to hearing his address."
