Police warn against illegal cattle slaughtering
Police are concerned illegal cattle slaughtering in north-west Queensland is increasing, after the discovery of two more carcasses near Camooweal yesterday.
Police were called to Flora Downs Station after two head of cattle were found killed and their meat removed.
Three weeks ago a bull was also found killed for its meat near Dajarra.
Detective Sergeant Bob Guteridge urges anyone approached to buy cheap meat should contact police.
