Sheffield-based Progressive Safety has been appointed as the exclusive UK licensee for JCB Workwear & Safety Footwear and will be launching a new range in November 2009.
Following over a year of rigorous testing and product research, Progressive has developed, in conjunction with Staffordshire-based JCB, a range of Workwear and Safety Footwear that will be every bit as tough as the JCB machines.
The licensing deal with JCB covers the design and production of clothing and footwear bearing the JCB brand and Progressive are working with a variety of manufacturers to ensure the products meet the exacting standards of the licence.

November 2009 will see the launch of the first wave of new products from Progressive Safety and JCB including a range of new safety footwear styles and, for the first time, a selection of fashionable, yet practical work wear.
The safety footwear is focussed on comfort and durability meaning that, whilst capable of withstanding whatever the wearer throws at it, the footwear will do so yet remain exceptionally comfortable in wear.
The JCB Workwear range is similarly targeting those looking for workwear that is built to last, but also looks good. Triple-stitched with high levels of detailing, the range will certainly be eye-catching when it becomes available in the coming months.
The new ranges will be backed up by a full marketing and PR campaign including website, brochure and POS kits for retailers.
