Recent rain holds little relief for farmers

We've been seeing rain for the past two days, and that's a good thing for the Valley. But is it enough to help local farmers? They've had two years of drought and are really struggling.

Bell Mina farmer, Bill Bailey is holding a small amount of hope for the new rains, "Bobby anytime we get rain, it helps. We're 24 inches behind and it's not going to be an overnight process. This is a desperate situation that we're in."

Desperate indeed.....most farmers are in the same boat, "We're going to have to have a wet winter in order to have a half way chance at a decent crop next year."
