Russia-Ban on all Irish meat products.

RUSSIA.

BAN ON IRISH MEAT.

Russia announced on Friday that it had imposed a ban on all things Irish, in relation to beef and pork.

The Russians claim to have found dioxins in Irish pork, that was exported to Russia.

In fact it was Russia that began the claims of dioxins, being found in meat last year.

It was only after the Russian announcement in 2007, that South Korea and Japan began looking for dioxins, that have probably been in meat from doomsday, as before last year there was no way of testing for them.

In fact the recent problems in Ireland two weeks ago, there was not one single testing device in the country, to test for dioxins in meat.

A machine had to be flown in from England on the Monday, after the outbreak was discovered on the Saturday.

The Russian ban comes as no surprise, in view of the history of dioxins in meat.
