FOOD PRICES SKY ROCKET.

The residents of Moscow are complaining bitterly about the recent leaps in food prices.

Potato’s 38c/kg US, cabbage26c/kg, Carrots and peas 40c/kg, beef 356c/kg, chicken 240c/kg, cooking oil 200c/kg, all these prices in USD.

One has to realize that the beef sent to Russia is manufacturing beef, even the best cows used for the market are only third grade steaker cows to the western world.

These figures were release by RBC Moscow on Thursday.
