Rosselkhoznadzor to Lift Ban on Livestock Supply from Germany

Federal Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) has lifted a temporary ban on cattle supply to Russia from some German Lands (Baden-Württemberg and Bremen), as it is reported in Rosselkhoznadzor’s materials.

The ban was imposed in 2006 in a view of some concerns about the situation with bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in German Lands of Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Bremen and Hamburg.
