SAC Offers Affordable “Instructor Training” Course

A shortage of qualified instructors is recognised as one issue restricting the availability

of skills training within the land-based industries in Scotland.

Now, to help address this shortage, SAC is offering a five-day Lantra-approved

“Instructional Techniques” training course. And, to help make the course more

affordable, financial support is being offered through SAC’s European funded training

projects.

The aim of this course is to develop the key trainer skills which are essential for anyone

who provides vocational training within the sector, either as a full time career, or as an

additional source of income through passing on their own skills.

The course will take place course on 31 July – 4 August and the number of places is

limited.
