The death of at least 20 people in Mexico from what
has been declared a growing epidemic of an unknown strain of influenza has not
been linked to the dangerous H5N1 strain of bird flu, the World Health
Organization, said Friday. "We are still expecting more details but so far we
have no indications that this is avian flu," WHO spokesperson Sari Setiogi told reporters.
