Tim Tests It
Tim Barnes-Clay has been named as the new motoring columnist for a national magazine.
The monthly car review - Tim Tests It - is a regular in the CLA’s respected Land & Business magazine - a publication read by over 100,000 people. The double page feature tests the best in 4X4’s, sports cars and every day family cars.
My Barnes-Clay joined the rural watchdog giant in January 2008 as Media Relations Manager for the Midlands region.
Prior to that he was a consultant at the national government agency for museums, libraries and archives (MLA), where he managed media relations alongside Communications Director, John Harrison and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
Before working in PR Mr Barnes-Clay was a producer at ITV in Birmingham and had worked as a motoring journalist on L!ve TV - the Mirror Group’s cult cable channel, run by ex-Sun editor Kelvin MacKenzie.
