Calif.-based Niman Ranch announced online orders for its products are now being handled exclusively on MySteak.com through Buckhead Beef. Previously, Niman Ranch sold meats on its own Web site.

The way things have been done at Niman will not change, said Lynn Knott, marketing manager at Niman Ranch. "All orders are cut fresh to order and our shipping schedules have not changed," she said.

Niman Ranch operates a network of more than 600 independent farmers and ranchers who provide it with natural pork, beef, lamb and poultry.
