OFFAL EXPORTS SOAR.

The USA are the worlds largest exporters of beef offal, this trade was created by the wealthy economy and the desire by the public for only primal cuts of meat.

When the economy turns down, the price of offal tends to go up.

The United States have built such a strong market for products like beef liver, beef hearts and beef kidneys in Russia, that offal has out priced itself as a cheap meat alternative, on the home market.

The trade in pork, beef, offal and poultry products with Russia, is expected to be $60 million this year.
