UNITED STATES-J.P. Morgan’s Farm and Ranch Management Group Teams With Farmers National Co.
Reliable industry sources report that J.P. Morgan’s Farm and Ranch Management Group, with headquarters in Ft. Worth, TX, will be working with Famers National Co. (FNC), Omaha, NE.
Industry insiders report 16 former J.P. Morgan employees have joined FNC to help manage the approximately 450,000 crop acres that are included in the arrangement. The farms are located principally in the Midwest and the East.
FNC is the largest employee-owned professional farm management and real estate firms in the U.S. with 80 offices located throughout the Midwest and the Delta. Including the J.P. Morgan relationship, it now manages over 4,500 farms, representing 1.7 million acres.
J.P. Morgan is the fifth firm to establish a relationship with FNC in the past two years. The others are Old National Trust, Danville, IL; Wasche Farm Management, Fargo, ND; Boyd Real Estate, Arcola, IL, and Capstone Realty Resources, Saginaw, MI.
