United States-Unions take JBS-Swift to court.

BRAZIL.

JBS-SWIFT.

The giant United Food Commercial workers union (UFCWU), have taken out a class action against JBS-Swift, over the dismissal of over 100 Moslem workers, who walked off the job at the companies plant in Green Island in October.

The men were instantly dismissed by the management, after repeated warnings, that a walk off would be grounds for dismissal.

The problems began, when JBS allowed Moslem workers to have an evening meat at 8pm after sundown, during the festival of Ramadan.

The union then complained, this was unfair to the white workers and showed favoritism to the Moslem workers.

This then cause the white workers to stop work in protest.

The racial tension at the plant, has been globally on the internet and of course given rise to much unwarranted anti Moslem sentiment.
