The new yards costing AU$2 million will be a boost for the Kimberly cattle region.

Over 80,000 head of cattle were exported from Broome last year, mainly to Indonesia and the Philippines, this trade has grown so much in the last three years that a new cattle export facilities will be a big boom to the district.

Owned and operated by the Live Corp Group, the new yards hold around 8,000 head of cattle and the new facilities ensure, correct resting and watering prior to loading on vessels, The live cattle trade generates $200 million a year to WA economy.
