Drought blamed for low SA growth

South Australian Treasurer Kevin Foley has blamed the drought for recording the lowest state final demand growth in the country.

The measure examines spending by government and the private sector, including households.

The State Opposition used the measure in Parliament today after the release of the latest national growth figures.
