Farmers crop chemicals are on the move

In preparation for future business expansion and as part of a move to minimise operating costs, Farmers Crop Chemicals (FCC) will be moving offices to Alcester in Warwickshire on the 1st November 2004.

Rob Hughes, the new Chairman of Farmers Crop Chemicals, applauded the organisation's continued success and its willingness to adapt to the market. "FCC is a thriving, expanding and adaptable organisation and this move will allow us to minimise our costs whilst benefiting from better communications and IT. The move is part of our strategy to continue to provide our members and our suppliers with a streamlined, cost-effective and highly professional organisation with which to do business."

Established for over 25 years, FCC is a collective of independent distributors that provides its UK and overseas suppliers with a cost-effective route to market. It purchases a wide range of key branded chemicals from major manufacturers for its members to distribute to their individual farmer clients.

There is a new telephone and Fax number - 01789 774726 but the web site address will remain the same at www.farmerscropchemicals.com. Liz Newey continues to administer the business for manufacturers and members from the new premises.
