Technical Base Recognised

Crop protection, agronomy and consultancy company, Agrovista UK have had their agronomic technical knowledge recognised in specialist crops, by having two members of staff appointed to HDC sector panels.

Peter Parr, the horticultural director and vegetable agronomist based in Lincolnshire sits on the field vegetables panel, which is concerned with the development of field scale, quality vegetable growing. Peter's speciality is Allium production.

Paul Bennett, fruit agronomist based in Kent has now been appointed to the tree fruit panel, which looks into research and development within the top fruit industry concerning apples, pears, plums, cherries and nuts.
